ALQADA Court accepts emergency filings at any time. When a dispute requires immediate intervention — a blocked transaction, a suspended contract, a relationship on the verge of collapse — the parties may file directly with ALQADA Court and request an expedited procedure.
Upon receipt of the filing, ALQADA Court constitutes a panel, notifies the opposing party, and convenes the first session within seventy-two hours.
A party wishing to initiate an ACTIO procedure shall submit to ALQADA Court a brief statement of the dispute, the relief sought, and the grounds for urgency. No particular form is required.
ALQADA Court will acknowledge receipt within twenty-four hours and confirm the composition of the panel and the date of the first session.
The opposing party is notified immediately and invited to respond prior to the first session. Participation is voluntary at the mediation stage. It becomes binding upon acceptance of the arbitration agreement or where a valid arbitration clause is already in force between the parties.
