They are provided on a free-use basis and may be used, reproduced, translated, and incorporated into contractual documentation without restriction.

These rules govern the conduct of proceedings, including the appointment of neutrals, procedural steps, timelines, and the issuance of decisions. They are designed to be both rigorous and efficient.

This code sets out the principles applicable to all neutrals acting under Alqada, including independence, impartiality, confidentiality, and professional integrity.

Decisions rendered under Alqada are intended to be fully enforceable, in accordance with applicable laws and international standards, including the principles set out in the New York Convention.
